I don’t know that many words are necessary. This is what happens when you have an Advent wreath and 2 little boys who love to touch everything. This is the second set of candles they have gone through so far. I was frustrated at first, but then just had to laugh. I think we are just going to continue to keep it real and not change them out. I think they give our wreath “character”. What do you think? Does your Advent wreath look similar to mine?

Michelle, ours currently does not look like yours…but we’ve had years where it looked exactly like that! And, yes, I laughed, too. And then, to satisfy the perfectionist hidden deep within, I snipped the candles where they were broken 🙂

Thank you Jamie! 🙂 I enjoyed seeing your Advent wreath as well! Ours is even worse for the wear now. I’m going to take one last picture before I cut down the candles like AnnMarie suggested. It’s pretty pathetic now!
